Tell Me More
1. What makes The Banks different?
The Banks provides two weeks of concentrated respite, education, and support while eliminating traditional obstacles. It also equips survivors with essential knowledge and tools they can utilize indefinitely to tackle challenges, resistance, and discouragement. We do this through in-house services and engaging community partners. This campus is for people in search of peace, solutions for how they feel, and an opportunity to move forward.
2. How can I donate?
Donations can be made through direct deposit, our website, checks and cash donations, Venmo, estate planning, gifts of real estate, PayPal Giving Fund, charitable remainder trusts (CRT), charitable lead trusts, retirement gift plans, life insurance gifts, matching corporate donations, or stock donations.
3. Are there naming and memorial opportunities for donors?
Yes, there are! Donors can choose from various naming options based on their giving level. From buildings to bricks, each opportunity is a chance to showcase your investment in our community. More information about those options can be found at thebanksus.org.
4. Do you provide scholarships or financial aid for individuals who want to attend, but cannot afford some or all of the cost?
We know the cost of these life-changing services is significant and some cannot afford it. Scholarship availability and frequency will be contingent upon the amount of funding on hand. Donors can choose investment impact areas, including the funding of scholarships which will reduce or even eliminate an individual’s out-of-pocket expenses.

18. How do you know this works?
Decades of experience have shown us the downfalls experienced by survivors when gaping holes in understanding and support exist during the second stage of care.
